Some components are made from natural wood. Slight differences in wood grain, color, texture and dimensions are normal and do not affect their intended function.

No previous experience is required to begin using the basic folding, clamping and binding tools.

Please note that this is a physical resist-dyeing tool set, not a complete ready-to-dye kit.

Due to international shipping restrictions, dyes, liquids, powders and chemical dyeing materials are not included.

Shipping Address

We cannot guarantee successful delivery when an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT, customs charges or local handling fees may apply depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Any charges not collected during checkout are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs fees are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may contact us to request an address change or cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once the parcel has entered the shipping network or tracking information has been issued:

• The delivery address may no longer be changed
• The order may no longer be cancelled
• An unwanted order must follow the return procedure below

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error in your order.

Returns and Refunds

14-Day Return Request Period

You may request a return within 14 days after the product is delivered.

Please contact us before returning the product so that we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

The return address is located in China.

After your return request is accepted, the product should be sent back within 14 days using a tracked shipping service.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unused
• Clean and free from dye stains
• Complete, with all tools and accessories included
• Returned in its original packaging
• In resalable condition

Products that are used, stained, incomplete or damaged through improper handling may receive a reduced refund where permitted by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, accidental purchase, personal preference or ordering the wrong product:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• The buyer is responsible for any return customs charges or handling fees
• The parcel must be returned to China using a tracked shipping service
• The buyer must keep the tracking number and shipping receipt until the return is completed

We do not provide prepaid return labels for change-of-mind returns.

Please note that international return shipping to China may be expensive. Review the product contents, exclusions, shipping origin and delivery information carefully before ordering.

Original Shipping Charges

The original outbound shipping charge is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Where local consumer law requires the refund of standard outbound delivery charges, those rights will be respected. Additional fees paid for express or upgraded delivery may remain non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will normally be submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer’s country or region.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

• The parcel arrives damaged
• A tool is broken or defective
• An item is missing
• You receive the wrong product
• The product is materially different from its description

Please provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the outer packaging
• Clear photographs or a short video showing the problem
• A photograph showing all items received

After the issue has been verified, we may provide an appropriate solution, including:

• Sending a replacement item
• Sending a missing component
• Issuing a partial refund
• Issuing a full refund

If a return is required because the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, the seller will cover the reasonable cost of standard return shipping.

Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require photographs or other evidence.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, please contact us so that we can request an investigation from the shipping carrier.

If the carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost before delivery, we will review the order and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

If tracking shows that the parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check with household members or neighbors
2. Check your mailbox, reception desk or safe delivery location
3. Contact the local delivery carrier
4. Contact us with your order number and tracking information

The final resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation and applicable consumer law.

Natural Material Variations

Some parts of this set are made from natural wood and bamboo.

The following variations may occur:

• Differences in wood grain
• Slight differences in color
• Minor natural surface marks
• Small dimensional variations
• Slight differences between production batches

These natural variations are not considered defects when the tools remain safe and functional.
